MicroChem manufactures and supplies electronic materials, including SU-8 thick epoxy resists for structural lithography; and PMGI and LOR resists for additive, lift-off processing. We've also recently introduced several new materials including a line of low temperature, photo-imageable, permanent wafer bonding adhesives and LIGHTLINK™ products, for the fabrication of optical polymer waveguides.
